Refund & Cancellation Policy

SMG Mart is operated by Nexgen Solutions Group and provides delivery services only. All products and services are provided by independent vendors, who are solely responsible for their quality, availability, and accuracy.

1. Food Orders

• Non-Refundable: Once a food order is prepared and ready for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Refundable Cases: Only for wrong or missing items, supported by clear photo proof and order screenshots.
• No refunds will be issued for delays, vendor cancellations, or customer change of mind.

2. Grocery, Pharmacy, Shopping Items

• Refunds only if vendor accepts return and item is unused and in original condition.
• Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Rental Services

• Refunds only if vendor fails to provide the rental item/service as booked.
• No refunds for customer misuse, damage, or late returns.

4. Delivery Cancellations & Delays

No refund will be issued if an order is:

• Delayed due to vendor, delivery partner, traffic, or weather.
• Cancelled by vendor due to stock unavailability.
• Cancelled by delivery partner for reasons like wrong address, unsafe delivery area, or customer unavailability.

5. Technical Errors

If technical issues occur, customers must wait until resolved. SMG Mart is not liable for losses caused by such errors.

6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed in 3–7 working days to the original payment method.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide correct contact and delivery details to be eligible for refunds.

8. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must contact us through the SMG Mart app or by email at support@nexgensolutionsgroup.com with order details and supporting evidence.

9. Compliance

This policy is in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws and Google Play’s User Data policies.

10. Final Decision

SMG Mart reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund and cancellation requests.
